Delivery & Returns

Delivery:

We aim to post all parcels within 1-2 working days of your order. We use Royal Mail for all deliveries.

We only ship to the UK (excluding Northern Ireland). Sorry for any disappointment this causes. 

Postage costs:

Royal Mail 1st Class Tracked - £4.29 
Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracked - £3.45
 FREE on orders over £50

Returns:

Returns are accepted within 28 days of receiving your order. 

If you would like to return your order, please contact hello@hollowandmoon.co.uk with your order number, products you’d like to return and reason for your return. We will provide you with further instructions to return your order. Items must be unused and in a re-saleable condition.

Return costs are payable by the customer. We would advise using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage.
